There are many other settings you may change to customize UltraEdit to suit your preferences.  The above steps will get you started and make PCGen data files that you open up look presentable.

PCGen UltraEdit Syntax Highlight File

Once you have UltraEdit installed, get "PCGen_LST_syntax.uew" (link above) to be copied into the "UltraEdit/wordfiles" directory.
