Our greatest resource by far is the Lst Tag Index which is the repository for ALL the tokens we use in the lst files.
The index not only lists all available tags, it shows the proper syntax and gives several examples of the use of each tag.
You should consider the PCGen Documentation as your bible. The documentation is included in every release, but your best bet for up-to-the minute documentation is our online repository here.
