To grab a tarball of the most recent Pathfinder Core and APG, use the following URL's:

APG Set File - APG Tarball

Core Set File - Core Set Tarball

Directions upon download:

Delete the files inside data/alpha/paizo/pathfinder_rpg/core_rulebook

Unzip the Core Set over the data/alpha/paizo/pathfinder_rpg/core_rulebook

Unzip the APG in data/alpha/paizo/pathfinder_rpg/advanced_players_guide

Whenever the PCGen Mailing List states there has been an update simply use the link to grab the updated files.

You'll need to switch to the advanced loader screen, and select the paizo/pathfinder core and advanced player's guide.
