Licenses

PCGen's data sets are distributed under several licenses, including the Open Gaming License (OGL), Paizo's Community Use Policy, and, in the case of "Closed Content", as defined by the OGL, by special permission from the publisher of each source product. The complete list of permissions held by PCGen can be found on PCGen's Publisher Permissions page.

Open Gaming License

Open Gaming Content (OGC), as defined by the OGL, is released under the OGL.

Pathfinder Community Use Policy

Content from Paizo's Pathfinder products that is included in released PCGen data sets and is designated as "Product Identity", as defined by the OGL, is released under Paizo's Community Use Policy.
